Steps

Grind soaked gram dal curd green chilli,ginger & salt together with little water grind it like suji consistency

Keep batter for fermentation for whole night

Next day add 1- tbsp grated garlic.now heat oil add water when starts boiling tum off gas add baking soda & immediately pour on batter and mix well

Grease ❤ shape mould with oil and pour batter evenly sprinkle chopped chilli on top cover & steam for 30 minutes

Unmould and crumble with hands when cooled.Take a big kadai heat it on slow flame add mustard when starts cracking add hing cashew,almond,kismis and grated garlic cook for a while & add sugar syrup -3 tbsp and lastly add crumbled dhokla

Add half of coriander,coconut,besan sev & pomegranate & keep half for final garnishing serve hot tasty shahi amiri khaman
