1 bari pateli len. Us main chawalon ki teh lagain or tayyar kiye hoay salan ka oil daalen. Us k baad dobara chawalon ki teh lagain or tayyar ki hoi chicken daalen. Alag se fry kiye hoay aaloo daalen. Us k baad upar se dobara se chawalon ki teh lagain or baqia saalan bhi daal den.

Ab us k upar brown ki hoi pyaaz,bareek kutra hoa podina, saabit hari mirchain darmiyaan se kaat k, lemon juice, food colour pani main hal kar k, jaifal javitri ka powder, biryani essence, lemon, or tamatar k slices daalen. Achi tarhan 15 minute k liye dum de den. Chawal mix kar k chulha band karden.

Mint raita or salad k saath serve karen.
