Ingredients

  1. 4-5 cupscooked basmati rice
  2. 1 tbspsesame oil
  3. 1star anise (chakri Phool)
  4. 1 tbspginger finely chopped
  5. 5-6 clovesgarlic finely chopped
  6. 2-3green chillies chopped
  7. 2dry red chilli
  8. 1onion sliced thinly
  9. 1carrots finely chopped
  10. 5-6beans finely chopped
  11. 1 cupcabbage finely chopped
  12. 1capsicum finely chopped
  13. 1/4 cupspring onions finely chopped
  14. 1 tspsesame seeds
  15. 1/2 tspvinegar
  16. 1 tspgreen chilli sauce
  17. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  18. 1 tspchilli powder
  19. 1 tsppepper powder
  20. to tasteSalt
  21. 3 tbspchilli oil
  22. 1 pinchajinomoto
  23. 3 tbspcoriander leaves
  24. 1/4 cupfinely chopped spring onions greens

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the vegetables in a microwave safe bowl except spring onion and cook it for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadai till smoking. Add star anise and finely chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilli and saute for second.

  3. 3

    Add in onions and saute till golden. Add in cooked vegetables and saute for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add salt, sugar, pepper, chilli, soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce and sauté for a minute.

  5. 5

    Add in cooked rice, spring onion and mix well. Add chilli oil and toss well.

  6. 6

    Add coriander leaves, green part of spring onion and mix well and serve.
