Procedure :
Ik pateelay me oil garm kr k chicken fry kar len aur alu fry kar k alag kar len. - 2
Phir piyaz brown karen. half nikal le half k andar 6,7 Choti Elaichi,3 badi elaichi, 1 tsp kali mirch, 8 long, 3 dar cheeni, 2 tez paat, 5,6 hari mirchen dal k pakayen. phir isme adrk lehsan paste 2,2 tbs dal k 5 min bhunain.

Add half cup water, dhaiya powder 4 tsp, haldi 2 tsp, garam masala 2 tsp, jaifil 1/4 tsp, biryani ka phool 2, peprika powder 1 tbs, lal mirch powder 2 tbs, Salt 3-4 tsp as per taste.
Ab hara dhaniya podina tamatar aur piyaz add kar k 2 min cook karen then fry ki hoi chicken and alu add karen. addc1/2 kg dahi. Cook until oil become seperate. - 4
Ab rice ko 3/4 paka len.aur uski teh laga len. upar se zarday ka rang aur lemon tomato piece bicha k dam pe rakh den 15-20 min.
