  • 250 gself raising flour
  • 100 gmargarine
  • 100 gsugar
  • 50 mlorange juice
  • Orange rind
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  • 3eggs
  • 50 mlmilk

Steps

    Whisk egg and margarine to get a paste

  2. 2

    Add in everything else

  3. 3

    Pre heat oven to 180degree

  4. 4

    Once you have a nice thick paste grease your baking pan and add in the batter

  5. 5

    Bake for 45mins or until the fork or toothpick comes out clean
