Steps

Boil the corn kernels and drain the water and keep aside to cool.

Dry roast oats in a pan and let it cool.

In a grinder add the boiled corn kernels, roasted oats, besan, curd, green chilli, ginger and grind into a smooth paste.

Take it out in a bowl and season with salt, turmeric, chaat masala, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and coriander leaves. Mix well.

In a non stick pan pour small quantity of batter and spread into small chillas.

Serve with green mint chutney.
