Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen whole moong dal
  2. 1/2 cupoats
  3. 1/2 cupragi flour
  4. 1/2"ginger
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 3-4garlic cloves
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/4 tsphing
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 10-12curry leaves
  11. Some Coriander leaves
  12. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  13. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak whole green moong dal overnight or 5-6 hours.

  2. 2

    In a blender add the soaked dal with cumin seeds, green chilli, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, hing, oats, ragi flour and add water as much as needed to grind into a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Take it out in a bowl and season with salt, red chilli powder and add some more water to make it into pouring consistency.

    On a non stick dosa girdle make dosas and serve with chutney of your choice.
