Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhole wheat
  • 1/2 cupbajra flour
  • 1/2 cupragi flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 bunchspinach boiled chopped
  • 1beet root boiled grated
  • 250 gmspaneer grated
  • 1onion finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wide vessel add the flour and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add grated paneer, beetroot, onions, spinach and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add carrom seeds and salt and mix well.

  4. 4

    With the help of water knead the dough and keep it aside to rest for 15-20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Make small balls of the dough and roll into whatever shape you want and cook on a hot girdle.

  6. 6

    Serve with raita.
