Sift the Unga into a basin and make a well in the middle. Add a little water in the well and start making a dough

When dough is rough add the carrots and continue kneading. Add water until the dough is well done

Once done add the cooking oil and knead. I like yellow dough so I add 4 tablespoons of unrefined palm oil. Knead and leave to rest for about 30 minutes

Once rested roll out the dough, apply the cooking oil and cut into strips. Fold the strips

Dust the rolled doughs and roll into circles

Put on a hot pan and fry. Once done remove from fire and set a side

Serve with stew of choice
