Take a bowl insert wheat flour add baking soda and baking powder, sieve properly in two times.

Now take another bowl mix condensed milk powder sugar, butter and egg.

After then add this mixture into previous wheat mixture.

Then add chopped black berry and vanilla essence.

Then take a baking try, grease with oil, put muffins moulds then also grease it with oil.

After then put mixture or batter of cake.

Then preheat the microwave, after three to four minutes of baking switch off the microwave, then keep out from baking try.

For icing : Take another bowl put powder sugar half cup, mix half cup of fresh cream and melted butter and pinch Turmeric powder.

All of them mix well, then put into icing bag.

After than put different your favorite shape on the upper surface of muffins and serve it.
