Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 100 gramshredded cabbage
  3. 1/2 cupfinaly chopped coriander
  4. 4-5 spoonsmayonnaise
  5. 100 gramsgrated carrots
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspJeera powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspchopped green chillies
  11. as neededButter for frying paraths

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to wheat flour for moien and knead the dough.

  2. 2

    Now mix all ingredients for filling except butter mix.

    Now take small part from dough make two roti put stuffing on one part close with other part press side with fork roll with rolling pin slightly.

    Fry in tawa on both sides with butter serve with sauce or curd
