Add oil to wheat flour for moien and knead the dough.

Now mix all ingredients for filling except butter mix.

Now take small part from dough make two roti put stuffing on one part close with other part press side with fork roll with rolling pin slightly.

Fry in tawa on both sides with butter serve with sauce or curd
