Bhendi masala simple and quick

Bhindi is generally everyone's favourite recipe at home including kids. I usually make it for quick monday morning tiffin or when I am late in evening for quick dinner. There are many versions of this but I prefer making it simple it not only tastes good but takes less time as well.

Bhindi is generally everyone's favourite recipe at home including kids. I usually make it for quick monday morning tiffin or when I am late in evening for quick dinner. There are many versions of this but I prefer making it simple it not only tastes good but takes less time as well.

Cut onions and bhindi from middle and small pieces. Soak kokam in water.

Add oil put some mustard seeds,jeera,hing powder turmeric powder and onion. Fry onion for 2 minutes.

Add the cut bhindi into it. Fry it for 5 minutes. Add kokam into it.

Salt, dhaniya, jeere powder, red chilli powder,amchur powder or chat masala powder and let it cover it with lid for 5-7 minutes. Add sugar into it now.

Cover for 5 minutes more. And now the bhindi is ready. Serve it with chapati.
