Combine the whole wheat flour, semolina and melted ghee in a deep bowl and mix well. Add about 1/4 cup of water and knead well to make a stiff dough. Divided the dough into equal small balls the shape we are making muthias. Heat the ghee and fry the muthas at low heat untill they are golden brown.

Grind the fried dough in a blender in to a fine powder. Add melted ghee, almonds, cardamom powder and powdered sugar and mix well and set aside churma is ready.
