Green Tea fried rice with salad

Heat 3 tbsp sesame oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add 1 chopped red chilies, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped fresh green tea leaves and saute.

Add 1 cup chopped onions, 1 cup boiled fresh green peas and mix well.

Add 1 cup fresh brewed green tea and let it reduce completely.

Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt as per taste and saute.

Add 1 bowl cooked rice, saute and let it remain on medium flame till the water dries completely. Remove from flame.

For the salad dressing, mix 1 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp fried ginger, 1 tbsp burnt garlic, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp vinegar and salt as per taste. Add the dressing to 1 cup of shredded cabbage and mix well. The salad is ready.

Serve green tea fried rice with the salad.
