Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3large eggs
  • 2 cupssugar (depending on your taste bud)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all wet ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients and sieve.

  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients into the wet gradually until well incorporated.

  4. 4

    Grease your pan and dust with flour. Pour in your batter and bake in a preheated oven for 30-45mins.
