I had lots of really sweet fresh firm peach coloured apples as a gift from the abroad... These apples aroma filled my home and made me thought of recreating this lovely recipe an Old school mate made years ago...
The Cake is super moist, sweet and so yum. The apples and cinnamon together are winning combination.
The recipe is so easy, quick but honestly you want to made this cake often.

Mix ingredients in order given (except the last 3 ingredients).

Combine last 3 ingredients to make a topping and sprinkle it evenly over the batter.
