Steps

First peel the boiled potato,add in hot oil and fried it.

Put roughly chopped tomatoes,onions,green chillies,gali and ginger in a grinder and grind it.make a paste.

Heat oil in a wok add green cardamom,cloves and dalchini stick and saute till nice aroma in oil.

Add tomato onion paste and saute it.

Add all spices and saute till leave the oil in wok.
- 6
After that add kasuri methi,fresh cream some water and boil it.now add fried potatoes,mix well cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Transfer in a serving bowl,serve with roti/paratha.
