Ingredients

  1. 1large potato
  2. 2green bananas(matoke)
  3. Cooking oil
  4. Halfa small onion(optional)
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and prep the potato, onion and bananas appropriately.

  2. 2

    Heat the cooking oil until hot. Start by frying the potato chips. After a few minutes add the bananas and allow to cook. Towards the end, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes.

    Drain the oil and place the medley on a paper towel. Season with salt. Serve hot as accompaniment. Enjoy 😊
