Cut your fish to desired size. Wash it with salt and put in colander to drain the water. Then you sprinkle some salt and fry it with oil in a frying pan. And keep aside if done.

Cut your onions. And attaruhu. And pound the garlic to a paste. Then cut your bell peppers to small cubes. Then put it in frying pan and put a little oil and add the onions and attaruhu,curry and the garlic paste with the ginger powder,curry and Maggie. Fry it for 5 minutes then add your fish and stir.

Finally you can add your bell pepper and your peppered fish is ready.
