1:parboil the basmatic for 5minutes add oil to a pan,fry cabbage until it turns brown,add hot water,pepper,maggie,curry,thyme,salt,onion,bay leaves,spices,dark soy sauce.
3:leave it to simmer,then add your parboiled rice,cover and live for some minute,remove and serve with fried fish
