Spicy Potato balls

Steps

Peel and cook potatoes with seasoning. When cooked, allow to cool before mashing.

Finely chop vegetables and add to mashed potato. Add in the rest of the ingredients, except egg, flour and bread crumbs.

Heat oil for fying. Roll each ball in flour seasoned with cayenne pepper, salt and onga. Then dip into egg and then into bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.

Mix to combine and mould into balls.

Allow to cool a bit and Serve.
