  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 3-4 cupswater

    Mix the gnuts and water until well incorporated.

    Put of medium heat,cover and let it simmer for 20 mins

    Then add diced onions and garlic and salt.

    Let it simmer until you see some oil on top.
