Tikka Biryani #cookpadapp

Ingredients for tikka masala
Chicken 1 kg
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Food color red 1/4tsp optional
Yogart 2 tbsp
Red chili powdee 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with all the spices for atleast 1 hour. Theb cook on charcoal/bake/on stove . For giving smoke flavor add 1 tbsp ho bbq sauce.
For biryani masala:
Onion 1
Tomatoes 4
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Corriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Ghee 1/2cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion. When light brown add garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook on low flame. Add all the spices. Cook on low flame till tomatoes tender and oil seperated. Add cooked chicken into it.
Boil rice with 8 cloves, 8 black peppercorn, 4 green cardomom, 2 black cardomom, 2 sticks cinamon, 1 tsp white zeera, and 1 bay leave.
Drain water when 3/4 tender rice.
Now make layers of rice and chicken masala. Add kewra essence and food color and cook for 10 min on low flame.
