Chicken White Karahi #ramadankitayari

Heat oil in a big karahi, Fry chopped onion until translucent, now add finely chopped green chillies. Fry for 1 more minute

Now add chicken and fry on high flame for 2-4 minutes until chicken change its color.

Now add ginger garlic paste and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes until smell of ginger garlic paste evaporates

Now add yoghurt, bhuna pisa dhanya, bhuna pisa zeera, black pepper powder, kuti hui laal mirch and salt

Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame then add cream and cook for another 5 minutes

Now remove the lid, add julienne cut ginger, fresh green chillies, lemon juice aur high flame par itni dair bhooniye kay oil separate ho jaye aur masala thick hojaye

Now sprinkle lots of fresh dhanya and keep on dam for few minutes
