Soak chana for overnight.

Pressure cook them for 1 whistle & then sin the gas for 10 min with the teabags.

Add oil in a hot pan.

Add cinnamon, clove & bayleaf.

When they began to crackle. Add ginger garlic paste & saute.

Add finely onions & saute till golden.

Add tomatoes, salt & cook the mixture turns soft.

Add the masala powder, red chilli powder.

Add the pressure cooked Chana, one cup water, as needed to make a gravy. Mix every thing well & simmer for 5 min.

When the gravy thickness switch off & coriander leaf.

Serve with bhatura.
