Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsSelf raising flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Lemon zest(optional)
  6. 100 gmsMargarine
  7. Sugar 4 tbspns

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix the sugar and the margarine

  2. 2

    Add eggs one after the other as you mix

  3. 3

    Add the lemon zest and mix

  4. 4

    Add your self raising flour and mix and if it's very thick add some milk to form something like this

    Pour a small portion in a pan and spread it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides
