Wash and Soak 1 cup deseeded tamarind in water..grind to fine paste.Sieve to remove extra threads..

Soak 1 cup jaggery in water overnight.

Mix tamarind puree,jaggery water in jar.

Add 2 tsp cumin powder to the puree.

Add 1 tsp rock salt to the puree

Add 500 ml water and mix well..
- 7
Add few mint leaves,ice cubes and serve cold.
