Chawalon ko baadiyan k phool tamam kharay garam masala or hasbe zaiqa namak daal kar 2 kanni boil karlen.

1 pateli main 1 and a half cup oil daal kar pyaaz brown karlen. Chicken or aaloo daal kar fry karlen. Adrak lassan ka paste, biryani masala pisay masalay, dahi, tamatar gol kaat k or biryani essence k chand qatray daal kar achi tarhan bhoonain.

1 cup pani daal k aaloo or chicken ko gal jane tak pakain. Jub masala bhun jaye to podinay k pattay or saabit hari mirchain daal kar dum pay rakh den.

Chawalon ko 2 hisson main taqseem karen. 1 hissay pay tayyar kiya hoa salan dalen. Us k baad doosra hissa chawal daal kar brown pyaaz podina mirchain 2 tablespoon ghee ya oil or kewra main food color mix kar k add karen. 15 minute k liye tez aanch pay dum pay rakh den. Jub dum aajaye to aanch halki kar k biryani mix karlen or chulha band karden.
