Steps

Peel the potatoes and boil them for 10-15 minutes.

Mash the potatoes and add a pinch of salt, masala, cumin powder, black pepper and lemon juice to the mashed potatoes.

Make balls from the mixture and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Make a paste by mixing the gram flour with water. Coat the potato balls with the paste and deep fry.

Serve with chutney.
