This Spicy Rajasthani instant achaar recipe is made with green chillies, sauteed ,dry masalas added to it gets cooked quickly.It is served with meals .

Wash and dry the Green chillies.Chop them in round pieces.

Heat oil in a pan add to it Cumin,Hing,haldi powder and stir for a minute.Then add green chillies, all the other dry masalas and salt. Cover the pan with lid and cook for 2 more minutes.

Hari Mirchi ke Tipore is ready to serve.(Can keep it in the fridge for 7 days).
