Alfredo pasta
Easy yummy alfredo with whatever your favorite pasta is.
Steps

Combine the oil & butter in a non-stick pot with a lid

Add garlic & sauté until lightly brown, then add chicken broth, cream, parsley, salt, & black pepper, bring to boil.

Stir in box of past. Cover with lid, and keep at a simmer on low. Stir every few minutes for twelve minutes. Remove from heat when al dente & cover with lid.

After 5 minutes, when sauce has thickened, stir in 1/3 of Parmesan cheese at a time slowly until melted, tasting until you've added enough Parmesan to taste
