Steps

Heat oil in a cooking pan. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle.

Add asafoetida, green chillies and curry leaves and saute for a minute.

Add okra and cook on low flame in open pan. (Okra is washed and cut into small pieces)

When the okra is cooked, add turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, mango powder and salt. Saute for few minutes.

Add lemon juice and saute for a minute or two.
- 6
Ready to serve.
