Steps

Cut cluster beans from top and bottom and boil it. Remove it from water strain it's water.

Now add all the spices except Asafoetida. Mix it well

Put Charcoal on flame for 3-4 minutes, now put burned charcoal in small vessel put this in middle of cluster beans, add ghee and Asafoetida on it quickly.

Cover it with plate and keep this for 3-5 minutes, till smoke flavour mix with beans, now remove the plate and serve it.
