Wash okra in running water and dry it with clean kitchen towel.

If okra is in small sized cut it's crown and tail only. But if it is long cut in to two pieces. And give cut from middle. Keep it a side.

In a plate took coriander powder, decicated coconut, red chilli pwder, salt, dry mango pwder, Asafoetida and turmeric pwder mix it well.add little water or oil for moisture.

Fill this masala in okra properly.

Now heat oil in kadhai, add cumin and mustard seeds in it. Then add stuffed okra in it saute kadhai with it's handle instead of using spoon.. Then add 1/4 cup of water in it and cover it. Cook it till it becomes soft. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it with chapati.
