Steps

Take a pan add water,whole garam masala, salt and boil it. Then add soaked rice in water and cook full done rice.Then drain the water.

Heat the ghee or oil and fry onion till golden brown.

Then add, ginger garlic paste,red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and meat cook on high flame n continously moving the spoon to all waters dry and oil comes up.

Then add layering color mixture ingredients 1/2 add and cover the led cook in medium low flame to tomato and meat are tender.

Remove the led add boil colored potatoes & cook and stir till ghee or oil comes out

Now Prepare a layering

Take a pot add half rice which we cook then add the meat mixture.

Then add yogurt mixture half, boiled color potato then add remain rice as a top layer, add yogurt mixture remain, half tsp sugar sprinkal, half cup oil then cover it (dum) at low flame atleast for 10 minute.

Serve with raita and salad
