Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBeef
  2. Onion 3 (cut in slice)
  3. 8-15Whole green chilli
  4. 1 cupOil
  5. 3 tbspRed chili powder
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. Nutmeg & Mace powder
  8. 1/2 tspCardomon powder
  9. 2 tbspCoriander Powder
  10. 1 tbspGaram masala
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/2 tspWhole cumin
  13. 1 tbspcrushed red chili
  14. Potato 4 (Color dal kar bail kar lein)
  15. 5-7dry plum
  16. 2 tbspGinger gralic paste
  17. 1/2 bunchMint leave
  18. 1 cupYogurt
  19. Tomato 4-5 cut in slice
  20. 1 stickDarchini
  21. Bay leaf 1
  22. 5Green cardomon
  23. 5long
  24. 1Black cardomon
  25. 3Badyan ka phool
  26. layering color mixture ingredients
  27. 1 cupyougurt
  28. 1 tbspkewra water
  29. 1/4 tspyellow food color
  30. leavesmint
  31. coriander leave
  32. sugar half tsp
  33. Oil half cup last topping
  34. green chilli
  35. 1 kgRice
  36. slicelemon
  37. 1/2 tspNutmeg powder, Mace powder and cardomom powder
  38. All ingredients mix well

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water,whole garam masala, salt and boil it. Then add soaked rice in water and cook full done rice.Then drain the water.

    Heat the ghee or oil and fry onion till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Then add, ginger garlic paste,red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and meat cook on high flame n continously moving the spoon to all waters dry and oil comes up.

    Then add layering color mixture ingredients 1/2 add and cover the led cook in medium low flame to tomato and meat are tender.

    Remove the led add boil colored potatoes & cook and stir till ghee or oil comes out

    Now Prepare a layering

    Take a pot add half rice which we cook then add the meat mixture.

  8. 8

    Then add yogurt mixture half, boiled color potato then add remain rice as a top layer, add yogurt mixture remain, half tsp sugar sprinkal, half cup oil then cover it (dum) at low flame atleast for 10 minute.

    Serve with raita and salad
