Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3corn (keep the kernels)
  • 1 cupprawns - cut in half
  • 2eshallots cut in small pieces
  • 1 tspgarlic mince
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  • 1 cupplain flour
  • 1/2 cuprice flour
  • Water about half a cup
  • Oil to fry the fritters

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Fry the fritters in medium heat until golden brown. I normally do a test taste to make sure I have the right balance.

    Drain on paper towel.

    Serve on a plate with rice, meat or fish, fresh cucumber, fritters and sambal.
