Ingredients

  • 1 cupmoong dal(soaked for 4 hours)
  • 4 tbsprice flour
  • 2green chillies
  • 1small onion
  • leavesFew Corinder
  • 1/2 tspOil&oil for Dosa
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked moong dal for 4 hours.

    Wash soaked yellow moong dal.grind green chillies, corinder leaves, onion and moong dal well into corase paste. Add water required.

    Add rice flour, oil, salt to the paste. Mix the batter well.add water to make batter of spreading consistency.

    Heat a flat non stick pan pour a ladleful batter and spread the Dosa Sprinkle oil cook for some time and flip it.

    Ready to moong dal dosa serve hot fresh cocount chtuney.
