Wash mint and add to mixing jar. Add coriander, chilli and salt and lemon juice. Grind it and make chutney. Save half into bowl and from remaining half, make watery consistency mint water to dip buns. (Adjust black salt and lemon into mint water)

Take all the ingredients at a place. Buns cut into cubes, 3type of chutney, mint water, cooked and sliced potatoes, masala peanuts, chopped onions and sev. Dip buns into mint water and place into plates.

Add sweet dates and tamarind chutney, garlic spicy chutney as per your taste, and mint chutney. Adjust sliced potatoes on it.

Now add chopped onions, and masala peanuts on it. (We use to add more peanuts to add)

Last add sev. Make a layer of thin sev.

Serve instant. And enjoy cold dish in summer. Not heavy stomach filling but still stomach filling and healthy with mint and onions. As we know onions are good for summer that can save from heat weaves.
