Steps

Wash,cut into desired size and drain water from the meat(pigeon)...

Boil with onion, curry, thyme(optional),garlic, ginger, seasoning....

Strain and liquid (stock) if any and Fry in cooking oil

Pound or blend pepper, garlic and ginger, slice onions in a different blow and set aside.

Into a sauce pan, add oil and pounded or blended pepper fry for 2-4mins

Add sliced onions,little seasonings to taste and fry for 1min.

Add fried meat (pigeon)....stir and allow to cook on a low heat for 2mins

Can also be served with either rice etc or enjoyed like that
