Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1/3 cupmole paste or powder (about 50 grams) mixed with chicken broth
  2. 1/3 cupcooked, shredded chicken (about 50 grams)
  3. Crema and cheese, to taste

    Dissolve the mole powder or paste in chicken broth.

  2. 2

    Fry 3 tortillas.

  3. 3

    Dip the drained tortillas in the mole, place them on a plate, and top with shredded chicken, cheese, crema, and thinly sliced onion. Enjoy.
