1/3 cupmole paste or powder (about 50 grams) mixed with chicken broth
1/3 cupcooked, shredded chicken (about 50 grams)
Crema and cheese, to taste

Dissolve the mole powder or paste in chicken broth.

Fry 3 tortillas.

Dip the drained tortillas in the mole, place them on a plate, and top with shredded chicken, cheese, crema, and thinly sliced onion. Enjoy.
