In a pot add the Zobo leaves, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, lemon, lemon grass and pineapple peel add enough water and cook till boil... Blend your cucumbers and sieve and keep aside. When the Zobo cools add the cucumber juice, add sugar and add some cucumber ice cubes and enjoy.
