Steps

To make dough.Grind spinach and make puree.

In a bowl put wheat flour, spinach puree little salt mix & make soft dough use little water if needed.

For Filling: Mix grated carrot, cauliflower, onion, chopped green chillies,red chilli powder,salt & coriander leaves.

To make paratha.Take medium ball size dough roll little put filling in middle.

Bring all edges together pinch & press little & roll out again.

Heat tawa on medium heat cook paratha apply oil on both side till cook.

Serve with raita
