Fully loaded veg mini pizzas

One of my most popular savoury treats.. Mini pizzas. #savourycontest

Line bases on a tray... Baste with a choice of any ready made peri peri sauce. I use steers sauces

Saute onions with garlic and chopped chillie. Add in cubed peppers and saute for 2 mins..add a pinch of salt.pepper.garlic spice. Mixed herbs.aromat.

Roughly chop a tray of mushrooms and throw into the pot. Add a teaspoon of butter and let all the ingredients cook together till the excess water burns out. Add 1 table spoon of sweet chilli sauce and mix well

When the filling is cool.. Top filling onto pizzss bases. Spinkle wit feta cheese and cover wit a generous helping of gouda cheese.

Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted.
