  1. 500 gmsMutton -
  2. 3Finely chopped onion -
  3. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste -
  4. - 3 -4 Cloves
  5. 1 inch stickCinnamon -
  6. 2-3Green cardamom -
  7. 1Black cardamom -
  8. 1 - 2Bay leaf -
  9. 1/2 cupCurd -
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder -
  11. 1 tbspRed chilli powder -
  12. 1 tspKashmiri mirch powder -
  13. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
  14. to tasteSalt -
  15. 2 tbspClarified butter -
  16. 4 tbspOil -
  17. 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves -

Steps

60 mins
  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter and oil in a pressure cooker.

    Add bay leaf and whole garam masala to crackle.

    Add onion and fry till light brown.

  4. 4

    Add mutton pieces and saute on high heat for five mins.

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilli powder,kashmiri mirch powder,turmeric powder and saute for five mins in a medium flame.

  6. 6

    Whisk the curd and mix well.

  7. 7

    Pressure cook for ten mins

  8. 8

    Simmer the flame. and cook till mutton is done..

  9. 9

    Stir occasionally and add some water.

  10. 10

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

  11. 11

    Serve hot.
