Fish egg friters is a very easy to prepare and very tasty to eat. In odia we call it macha bihana Pakudi or bara. I love to eat it with plain dosa we can eat it as a snacks also. In a bowl take fish egg and wash it properly.

Then add besan, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt with the help of your hand mix it well.

Take a frying pan add oil and heat it. When oil is heated low the flame and add small quantity of the batter.

Cook it till it's colour change to golden then turn another side and cook till golden colour.

It's ready to eat, have it as you like.
