Mix all ingredients for instant dhokla except eno and keep aside for 15-20 mins.

Boil the french beans, carrots. Now heat oil, add mustard seed, hing,green chilli and chopped onions. Saute well. Now add grated ginger, add veggies capsicum, tomatoes. Add all the remaining ingredients of stuffing. Mix well

Now grease the idli mould. Cut the bread slices with cookie cutter. Place it in the mould. Now add the stuffing.

Before you cover the bread stuffing, add eno to the batter. Mix well till fluffy. Now cover it with the batter and steam it for 10 mins or till done.

Now demould the dhokla, cut it in round shape and then into halves. Season it by heating oil, mustard seed, curry leaves, green slit chilli. Garnish with coriander leaves.
