Ingredients

  1. 8-10bread 🍞 slices
  2. For instant dhokla
  3. 1 cupbesan / gram flour
  4. 1/2 cupsuji/rawa / semolina
  5. 2 tbspcurd
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 sacheteno
  9. 2 tbspsalt
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. For stuffing
  12. 1/4 cupcarrots
  13. 1/4 cupcapsicum
  14. 1/4 cupfrench beans
  15. 1/4onions
  16. 2 tspoil
  17. 1/2 tspmustard seed
  18. 1/2 tsphing / asafoetida
  19. 2 tbsp🍅 ketchup
  20. 1/2 tsp🔴 chilli powder
  21. 1/2garam masala
  22. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  23. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  24. 2 tspsalt
  25. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  26. 2-3green chilli
  27. 2 tsp🍋juice
  28. 1 tspgrated ginger
  29. For seasoning
  30. 1 tspmustard seed
  31. 6-7curry leaves
  32. 2 tspoil
  33. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  34. 2-3green slit chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients for instant dhokla except eno and keep aside for 15-20 mins.

    Boil the french beans, carrots. Now heat oil, add mustard seed, hing,green chilli and chopped onions. Saute well. Now add grated ginger, add veggies capsicum, tomatoes. Add all the remaining ingredients of stuffing. Mix well

    Now grease the idli mould. Cut the bread slices with cookie cutter. Place it in the mould. Now add the stuffing.

    Before you cover the bread stuffing, add eno to the batter. Mix well till fluffy. Now cover it with the batter and steam it for 10 mins or till done.

    Now demould the dhokla, cut it in round shape and then into halves. Season it by heating oil, mustard seed, curry leaves, green slit chilli. Garnish with coriander leaves.
