Ingredients

16 servings
  • 3 cAll-purpose Baking Mix
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsea salt
  • 5eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cbutter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Tbuttermilk or coconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. 2

    In large bowl, combine baking mix, baking powder and salt. Add egg yolks, butter or oil and milk. Mix well.

  3. 3

    In another large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

  4. 4

    Pour egg whites into flour mixture and gently fold in. Spread into loaf pan and bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  5. 5

    Cool and slice into 16 pieces.
