I love condensed milk. They will be fluffy when just-baked, but will be moist after a day.Of course, condensed milk is fine, but I recommend "mirusuke's" "Easy in the Microwave ❤Milk Jam Made with Milk"because it's really tasty and easy to make. Recipe by Kumagorou77 cookpad.japan -
California Farm Agave or Sugar Condensed Milk California Farm Agave or Sugar Condensed Milk
This is a no sugar agave recipe to make fresh condensed milk with milk powder. Agave syrup is one and a half times sweeter than sugar, so I use two teaspoons of agave instead of a tablespoon of cane sugar ( 1 tablespoon is 3 teaspoons ).I have also listed a Turkish cookpad recipe to make your own condensed milk from fresh milk. No hard boil. Tastes better than canned. We use condensed milk to make ice cream and frozen yoghurt desserts, and chocolate truffels. Hobby Horseman -

Homemade Vanilla Condensed Milk Homemade Vanilla Condensed Milk
My sons love condensed milk, and so I thought vanilla condensed milk would probably be delicious too.It will thicken as it cools, so if you boil it down to a thick consistency, the condensed milk will be very firm. Remove the pot from the heat when it looks like it's still not quite ready as it'll continue to cook in residual heat. Recipe by Madamusen cookpad.japan -

Condensed Milk Condensed Milk
Since I can't ever completely use a whole carton of condensed milk, I make this only when I need it. The basic recipe is [Milk: 100 ml + Sugar: 1 tablespoon]. So if you just remember that the finished amount is half of that ratio, you can make the amount you need whenever you need it.Please take care not to burn it. You can also use the microwave but there is the chance that it will bubble over, so please use a large heat-proof container. The amount of time it takes to cook is when it has boiled down to half the amount, so if making in the microwave, take it out and stir it occasionally to check. Sake Lees and Condensed Milk Toast Sake Lees and Condensed Milk Toast
I tried using amino-acid rich sake lees on toast, and I liked it lot. I tried using skim milk, honey, and many other things, but the milky flavor of condensed milk went best with the sake lees.Sake lees loses flavor when heated, so I recommend using it as a topping after toasting the bread. It will taste sweeter that way too. Adjust the amount of ingredients to taste. Recipe by miyuki12 cookpad.japan -
Easy Homemade Condensed Milk Easy Homemade Condensed Milk
Condensed milk is expensive if you buy it, and it gets used up in the blink of an eye, so I decided to make it myself. There is absolutely no difference between using discounted milk that is close to its expiration date and high quality milk, so it's a great deal. I use a 1 L container of milk when making this, and store it in the freezer.Be sure not to let it burn when mixing and reducing the milk.If you use white sugar, it will be slightly cream-coloured, but if you use raw sugar or brown sugar, it will have a slight amber colour. Choose whichever you like. You can also use soy milk, by the way. Recipe by Takobasu kitchen cookpad.japan
